Dawes To Play Famed Royce Hall

The culminating event of this year’s UCLA Arts Party, local Folk Rockers Dawes will be gracing the stage at the one and only Royce Hall Thursday evening, February 17th.  Although seemingly unknown to the larger world beyond their native Los Angeles merely three years ago, you would be hard pressed not to hear their name these days as you peruse the indie “blogosphere.” With Taylor Goldsmith at the helm, a man whose good looks are only topped by his smooth voice, brother Griffin Goldsmith on the skins, and Wylie Gelber and Alex Casnoff on the bass and keys respectively, Dawes has certainly come to true harmonic form this year.  Don’t miss them on what promises to be a special stop on their first headlining tour.

Tickets are FREE for students at CTO, and $15 for non students here
